When shipping back such items, please clearly mention “RETURN FOR REPAIR/EXCHANGE” in bold letters on the package. This policy is applicable only for orders with shipping addresses within India.
  2. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a wrong item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a few pictures of the item(s). Kindly ensure that the email reaches us within 3 days of the delivery of your order. Our team will assist you in finding a suitable solution, which may include exchanging the product or providing a full refund in the form of a store credit that can be used for future purchases. When shipping back such items, please clearly mention “RETURN FOR EXCHANGE” in bold letters on the package. This policy is applicable only for orders with shipping addresses within India.
  3. Discount Sale/Clearance Sale Items: Please note that items sold under discount sales or clearance sales are considered final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or repaired under any circumstances.

International Orders: For our international customers whose billing and shipping addresses are outside of India, if you receive an item that you wish to exchange, repair, or return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a few pictures of the item(s). Kindly ensure that the email reaches us within 5 days of the delivery of your order. For international customers, we can consider exchanging, repairing, or returning an order if the customer ships it back to us. When shipping back such items, please clearly mention “RETURN FOR REPAIR/EXCHANGE/REFUND” in bold letters on the package. If the item needs to be exchanged or repaired, we will cover the cost of the return shipment. However, if the product needs to be returned for a refund, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases. The company will bear the cost of reverse shipment (sending back the exchanged or repaired order to the customer) in such cases.
